Hours: 7pm-Midnight-Everyday, but open later if we’re busy, or we expect to be busy. Capacity In Venue Room: 50-60 persons standing room only, and less with seated events. Capacity in Bar Room: 50-60 persons

  • ●  Shows require a MINIMUM of 3 bands/musical artists for a Thursday night show

  • ●  Shows require a MINIMUM of 4 bands/musical artists for Friday and Saturday shows, with a

    preference for 5 bands/musical artists if possible

  • ●  TBD for support acts is fine when securing a date

  • ●  Treat the venue with respect and humility

  • ●  Treat the staff with respect and kindness

  • ●  We require that you answer all messages in a timely manner and notify us *immediately* upon

    knowledge of any cancellations, changes to line-ups, etc, so that we may help to the best of our ability.

    MINORS

    We are 21+ after 8pm.

    LOAD IN TIME and SHOW START/END

    Load in time is no earlier than 6:30pm
    On THURSDAY nights, shows can begin after 8:00 pm
    On FRIDAY and SATURDAY nights, shows can begin anytime after 7:30 pm Generally, music should be wrapped by 12:00 am, unless otherwise discussed.

    EQUIPMENT

    We have plenty of equipment available for use including a full drum kit, a collection of mics, a variety of amps, a keyboard and several guitars.
    Our PA system includes multiple high end monitors and a 12-input multi track mixer.
    If you have specific questions about available equipment-please let us know.

    PLEASE DO NOT BRING/UNLOAD A DRUM KIT!
    +If you would like to bring additional cymbals/snares/etc. that is fine.

MONEY and PAYMENT

  • ●  We don’t charge up front for use of the space

  • ●  While we do everything we can to help, we have limited resources and capacity to promote your

    shows. Thus we expect that you HEAVILY promote your show with us (help us help you!). This

    ensures that everyone makes money, and walks away satisfied.

  • ●  We do not do guarantees, but instead employ a model in which you choose a cover charge, and keep

    all of your earnings.

  • ●  **IMPORTANT** You keep all of your ticket sales UNLESS the bar does not make $500 in product

    sales (not including ticket sales)

  • ●  In the event that the bar does not make $500 in product revenue, the bar will keep all cover charge revenue in order to cover the cost we pay for the rent and labor. This is extremely rare, and typically events easily exceed this when they utilize proper promotional tactics (EFFECTIVE 1/1/2023). Our system is designed so that our beloved performers are able to make the most money possible.

  • ●  We do not have a box office. You must provide someone to work the door the day of the show in order to collect cover charges for you. They do not need to check ID, or be DPSST certified.

  • ●  As we are a 120 capacity space, we strongly encourage running a ticket presale - we have seen local groups have the most success with this approach!
